It is hard to believe it is Monday again already. The weeks seem to be flying by lately. This is more than likely due to the fact that the weather is warmer and we have been able to spend more time outside.
I do realize that my menus aren’t all that exciting or varied from week to week, but I have really found that posting my menus has kept me on track with this habit. So, here is what we are going to eat for supper this week.
Sunday-Leftovers
Monday-Beefy Noodles, Cooked Cauliflower, Peaches, Bread & Butter
Tuesday-Chicken Breasts (in crock pot), Mashed Potatoes, Corn, Mandarin Oranges, Bread & Butter
Wednesday-Sloppy Joes on Bread, Cheesy Broccoli, Baked Beans, Peaches
Thursday-Baked Fish, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans, Fruit Cocktail, Cornbread
Friday-Chili Soup, Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Carrot & Celery Sticks, Apple Slices
Saturday-Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Salad, Applesauce, Breadsticks
