Before I share our menu for this week I wanted to share a recipe for a smoothie we have been enjoying.
Strawberry & Banana Smoothie
1 Banana
8 Large Strawberries (Remove Stems)
1 Tbsp. Honey
6 Ice Cubes
Small amount of water if necessary for blending.
Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth. If you freeze the fruit first you may not need to add any ice cubes.

Monday-Creamy Chicken & Rice Medley, Applesauce, Broccoli & Cheese, Bread & Butter
Tuesday-Macaroni & Cheese with Hamburger, Cooked Cauliflower, Pears, Bread & Butter
Wednesday-Tacos or Taco Salad, Peaches, Chips & Salsa, Carrot Sticks
Thursday-Grilled Chicken Breasts, Baked Potatoes, Green Beans, Biscuits
Friday-Family Night at Church
Saturday-Homemade Pizza, Tossed Salad, Fruit Cocktail, Breadsticks
