Cute Easter Craft

Yesterday my preschoolers made a cute Easter craft I found at Ramblings of a Crazy Woman. There are easy to follow instructions on her site, but I will tell you what we did to give you the general idea.

I gave each child two white ovals. They colored one like an Easter egg.

Then they drew a bunny face on the other. They added pink ears (I had pre-cut the ears.) and then we taped the egg oval on top of the bunny oval.

Instead of using Easter grass we cut strips of green paper using zigzag scissors. (I had to get our letter of the week into the craft somehow.)

The kids had fun with this project and they called the craft a “bunny surprise”. 🙂
