Last week my goal was to plan my menu so that I wouldn’t have everyone asking me at 5:00 pm what I am fixing for supper.
The week went very smoothly with regards to fixing supper thanks to my plan. Planning ahead always makes things easier, especially when there are 7 hungry people to feed.
I did deviate from the plan yesterday because we had so many leftovers. I have added that meal to this week’s menu plan.
I also drank 5 cups of water each day. I think it is going to start getting harder as I edge closer to 8 cups. However, I know my body thanks me for the extra hydration. 🙂
