Did you follow along with me this week as we tried to spend at least 10 minutes exercising each day? I really enjoyed making sure that I had focused time when I was exercising each day.
If you follow along with me on Facebook you may have noticed that I posted each day when I had finished my 10 minutes. On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday I shared with you that I watched some videos online that were 10 minutes long.
Let me just say that I am now very aware of how out of shape I really am, and I am thankful that there wasn’t a camera on me while I was exercising.
The rest of the week I did some heavy cleaning (moving couches, sweeping, picking up boxes) and playing outside with my children. I felt like I definitely got my 10 minutes in on those days.
One commenter on Facebook, Sarah of Scott School, suggested that calling exercising “moving” might help change our mindsets about the task. I like it.
