Another busy week has come to a close and that means it’s time to share about our week, in pictures.
Yesterday Julia’s junior high cross country season came to an end. I am so proud of her because, even though she is not the fastest of runners, she never walked during a meet and she led her team in prayer before each race. Love that girl!
Julia has been suffering from hives, sometimes hundreds, all week due to a virus. I am praying that the worst is over and that the hives are on their way out. Even so, she has still been practicing and running in meets.
The boys have loved cross country season and are sad to see it end. They have had so much fun with the big kids. I am so glad that my brother is the coach and has such a good group of kids on both his junior high and varsity teams.
We have enjoyed a couple of beautiful fall days this weekend and finally pulled up my tomato and pepper plants. It is always sad to see the gardening season come to an end, but it will be fun to enjoy all of the produce we were able to preserve this year.
Well, that’s a glimpse into our week. How was your week?
