Another busy week has come and gone. We spent yesterday at the state fair seeing how Julia’s outfit did with the judging (scroll down to find out more) . We also got the majority of our playground revamp finished this evening.
With that in mind, here’s a look at our week, in pictures.
Monday
Joshua is such a ham when I point the camera at him. Monday was no exception. 🙂
Tuesday
I just love Joseph’s smile.
Wednesday
Listening to music and reading a book are Julia’s favorite things to do when she has free time. My parents will probably say that she reminds them of me because I used to spend hours upon hours reading during the summer.
Thursday
Janna put on this superman cape after her bath and walked all over the house. The boys thought she was so cute and kept following her around.
Friday
James wondered if we could make peanut butter balls on Friday, so I taught him how to make them by himself. He was so proud of the job he did. 🙂
Saturday
We made the trek on Saturday to the state fair to find out about Julia’s outfit. As you can see it was one of a few outfits singled out and put on special display. She was so excited to have received a blue ribbon and a special merit ribbon.
We also had a fun thing happen last week. Julia’s arts & crafts project was selected as an alternate to the state fair. So, it got to go and received a blue ribbon as well. Yay!
We had a lot of fun at the fair despite the heat.
Sunday
Today we mostly finished our playground. There are still quite a few things to do yet, but it can be played on now even though when I took this picture it wasn’t even close.
Well, that’s a look at my week in pictures. How was your week?
