March really snuck up on me. Spring is just around the corner and I am looking forward to all it will bring. We are still stocked up on vegetables from our garden, but I am starting to think about this year’s garden. I definitely want to make sure I utilize our space to the utmost to feed our family healthy produce.
Anyway, here is our supper menu plan for this week.

Monday-Hamburger Gravy over Mashed Potatoes, Cooked Broccoli & Cauliflower, Applesauce
Tuesday-Baked Fish, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans, Fruit Cocktail, Cornbread
Wednesday-Chili Soup, Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Carrot & Celery Sticks
Thursday-Peking Pork Chops (a new recipe), Creamy Potatoes, Pineapple Chunks, Cooked Carrots
Friday-Homemade Pizza, Tossed Salad, Sliced Apples, Breadsticks
Saturday-Chicken (in the crockpot), Macaroni & Cheese, Peaches, Baked Butternut Squash
I am also hoping to try this bread recipe sometime this week. It looks yummy and easy.
