{Letter G} Painting with Grapes

February 21, 2013 By Jackie Leave a Comment

It’s always fun coming up with new items to have my children paint with. My 5 year old didn’t know what to think when I asked him to paint his letter G folder with a grape. He told me that grapes were yummy and not for paining. 🙂

However, that didn’t stop him from creating a “masterpiece” with a grape and some green paint.

He dipped his grape in the green paint and thought it was a little too squishy to hold.

So, he would dip the grape in the paint, put it on the folder, and then push it around.

He seemed pleased with the results. Soon I will share what we put on the inside of the lapbook.

Have you ever had your child paint with food?
