To say that my son had fun car painting would be an understatement.

We have been talking about the color yellow and the letter C so this was a perfect activity to combine the two.

My son painted the outside of a file folder which will become his letter C lapbook. Then he painted two more papers.
Before all was said and done both of his hands were covered in yellow paint and the car painting had turned into finger painting. 🙂

One of the papers that my son painted was a letter Cc page from DLTK-Teach.

When it was dry he glued cotton balls to the upper and lowercase letters. This paper will go in his alphabet binder.
I think it is safe to assume that car painting was something my son enjoyed and I bet your child would, too. Of course, we had to send the car through the car wash (AKA: the sink) when we were finished.
Have you ever let your child paint with a car?
