Last week I shared a tutorial for a simple baby skirt and headband that uses fold over elastic. This week I wanted to share with you how my daughter’s 4-H projects did at the fair.
Her arts & crafts project was this very involved felt dahlia brooch. She was so excited to get a blue ribbon, an honor ribbon, champion and state fair selection on it.
It looks like we will be making a trip to the state fair in a few weeks.
While these two projects were labor intensive, I think my daughter learned a lot. She is already starting to think about next year’s projects.
