This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Duck Brand® for SocialSpark. All opinions are 100% mine.
My 13 year old daughter has been a fan of Duck® Brand tapes for several years. She has amassed quite a collection and keeps them displayed on her dresser in what I lovingly call the leaning tower of Duck Tape®. Her absolute favorite is the paint splatter pattern.
Julia’s creativity has amazed me with how she has used Duck Tape® to make gifts for us the past few years.
She has made bracelets, hair clips, purses, wallets, coupon holders, labels, bags, and much more out of Duck Tape® (and her imagination).
I love the practical way she used Duck Tape® to make a label for her sewing machine manual binder.
This is one of the bracelets that she made for a friend using an empty tape roll as the base. There are wrinkles in the tape on purpose because they give the bracelet her own personal touch she says.
Because my daughter likes Duck® Brand tapes so much, she is going to get a roll in her stocking. I also want her to help me make some winter branches and leaves like the Nesting Place did to decorate our home after we take down all of our Christmas decorations.
I may even give her a chance to share some of her crafts in a monthly Duck Tape® tutorial here on the blog. I think she would like it and it would be a great way to get her writing and teaching others how to make something.
I think we will have to start by making some Duck Tape® gift bags for the bracelets she has made by using some of the Holiday Duck Tape® that is available. I especially like the reindeer print.
Have you ever used Duck Tape® to make any crafts? If you have, I would love for you to leave a comment and let us know what you made.
Also, I would like to encourage you become a fan of Duck Tape® on Facebook. I did.
