Upcycled T-shirt Rug Tutorial

Have you seen those cool T-shirt rugs that are popping up all over the place? Well, today you can find me over at The Happy Housewife where I am sharing a tutorial for making a rug from old T-shirts and a hand towel.

This tutorial doesn’t require you to know how to crochet or use latch hook material. The T-shirt rug pictured was made with my sewing machine. So fun! I would love to have you stop by and take a look.

    Nice rug! What I found weird was that I saw this on Pinterest before your blog. I think it got pinned and passed around pretty quickly! I hadn’t paid a lot of attention (because I thought it was probably done like the other one I have seen on pinterest- which it isn’t) until I came to visit your blog and discovered it was yours!

      That’s funny, Abbi. Yes, it has been pinned a ton in the past 24 hours. I am writing one post each month as a contributing writer for The Happy Housewife. This was my post for March. I started working on this project at the beginning of February. You just never know what people will like, but I guess I finally had an idea that was pretty good. ;) LOL!
