I had seen many different styles of puppet theaters that could hang in a doorway. I decided that I needed something more adjustable than what most of the others were. I have kids of varying sizes, so I decided to make 2 separate curtains. I made a bottom panel and separate longer curtains of a contrasting fabric. They were fabrics I had in my stash, so I didn’t have to buy new fabric. I made a rod pocket in each curtain and used a tension rod to hang them. This will allow me to adjust the theater for different doorways. It was simple and I think the kids will have fun with it. They have several puppets and have wanted someplace to put on a show. I also made a simple bag with a loop, so that the curtains can be rolled up and placed in it when not in use. Then I can hang the loop on a nail.
