Our garden is starting to look pretty sad due to the high temperatures and lack of rain. We have watered it, and my husband put up a sprinkler.
Thankfully, we are still getting green beans even though my plants look like they are dying. We are also getting lots of zucchini and cucumbers. I hope we continue to get good harvests.
My boys enjoyed the sprinkler last night because it was still about 90 degrees at 8:30 p.m.
The blackberries are starting to ripen. I’m looking forward to making jelly soon.
My potato patch is still growing. I need to do some research to find out when the regular potatoes should be ready.
While our garden is looking pretty sad, I am pleased with our harvests.
Is your garden suffering from a lack of rain, too?
