One of our family’s favorite meals is spaghetti with meat sauce. Adding a salad and a smoothie makes this a healthy meal as well.
By using home canned tomato sauce/spaghetti sauce, home grown lettuce (in the summer), and venison this meal is extremely inexpensive for us.
Spaghetti is usually in our menu rotation at least once a month, but we often eat it every two weeks. Homemade sauce and gluten-free noodles makes this meal safe for Joshua as well. (I usually make both regular and gluten-free noodles.)
