My husband and I have tried to recreate a salad that someone brought to a church carry-in recently. We like the way this salad and are calling it Italian tossed salad. In the recipe below I have given measurements for the ingredients, but you could totally play around with the amounts you like of each item.
Italian Tossed Salad
3 Hearts of Romaine (Chopped)
1/2 of a Red Onion (Sliced or Diced)
1/3 Cup Olives (Sliced)
1/2 Cup Grape Tomatoes
1 Cup Mozarella Cheese
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
15 Pepperoni (Quartered)
2/3 Cup Italian Dressing
Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir until everything is coated with the dressing.

Monday – Hot Dogs on Buns, Corn, Applesauce
Tuesday – Spaghetti with Meat Sauce, Italian Tossed Salad, Fruit Smoothies
Wednesday – Fish Fillets, Baked Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans, Applesauce
Thursday – Baked Chicken, Macaroni & Cheese, Cooked Broccoli, Fruit Smoothies
Friday – Family Night at Church (I will take a side dish and/or dessert.)
Saturday – Crockpot Swiss Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts, Fruit Smoothies
