- 1 Cup Dried Minced Onion
- ⅓ Cup Chili Powder
- 3 Tbsp. Cumin
- 4 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
- 4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp. Onion Powder
- Combine all ingredients and put them into a jar with a lid. Store in a cool dry place.
- Use 1 tablespoon per 1 pound of cooked ground beef, chicken, or beans (more if you like extra flavor).
- Add ¼ to ½ of a cup of water and heat in a skillet.
